AS IS THE EUROPEAN WAY, we will be encouraging book launches and publishers' parties throughout the convention. There are a number of suites and numerous small function rooms in the hotel, along with an entirely separate bar which will be at our disposal for the duration of the convention. Brighton also has a vast array of exciting locations around its central area that can be hired for promotional parties.

As with most British hotels, the Metropole has a steep corkage charge on all drinks and food brought in for promotional purposes, but we have agreed a deal with the hotel to significantly reduce these charges for any events connected with the convention. We have a dedicated party planner who will liaise with publishers and others to ensure that their promotional events go off without a hitch.
