PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

We have a firm limit of attending memberships. We therefore recommended that you purchase your membership early. Once you have made your payment via the PayPal button below, please remember to complete and submit the details of your registration for our files. You will not be considered to have registered for the convention until we have received BOTH your payment and the registration form.

Attending Membership
£100

Includes all four days of the convention, all convention publications, and the right to make nominations for the World Fantasy Awards (nominating ballots will be available towards the end of 2012). Membership does NOT include the Awards Banquet, tickets for which must be purchased separately.

Every attending delegate will receive a bag containing free books and other promotional items, including flyers, postcards, bookmarks and other items. There will be a small fee for including these latter items, but not for books.

Supporting Memberships   •   £50
£50

Includes a copy of the Souvenir Book and the right to nominate works for the World Fantasy Awards, but does not include admission to the convention. You will be able to convert to a full Attending Membership at the then-current rate until the membership limit is reached and no more memberships are available.

The PayPal category of purchase is SERVICE. Please put WFC 2013 MEMBERSHIP FEE in the e-mail subject line and your full details in the NOTE area to allow us to match your membership fee to your Membership Form.

PLEASE NOTE: Everybody attending the convention (including fans, dealers, artists and all programme participants) MUST have a valid Registered Membership. A list of Registered Members will be kept on the convention website, with links if supplied. If you do not wish to have your name included on this list you will need to let us know at the time you register.

All memberships are priced in UK currency and can be paid through PayPal via the secure link above (which will automatically convert the payment into the local currency at the time of the transaction). Or you can print this form out and send with a cheque made out to "World Fantasy Convention" (drawn on a UK bank account only) to the convention address:

NOTES

There will be no one-day or at-the-door memberships.

Attending Members will be able to pick up their badges and other registration materials at the Registration & Information Desk located in the Sussex Lounge. Registration will open for early arrivals on the Wednesday evening and run through until the Sunday morning.

There will be No Professional Press Accreditation during the convention unless previously confirmed. Journalists and others from accredited media who are interested in doing a story about the convention PRIOR to the event should contact info@wfc2013.org.

REFUNDS & TRANSFER POLICY: Cancelled memberships will be refunded only at the discretion of the convention. Up to October 1, 2013 memberships are transferable at the initial rate paid with a letter or e-mail from the original purchaser. You may transfer your membership to another person by emailing info@wfc2013.org, letting us know the name and contact information of the person to whom you have sold your membership. We cannot process transfers after this date. We do not operate a membership-matching service or electronic forum; however, there are many online community message boards that may include messages from people attempting to buy and sell memberships. This could be a good way to find a membership that would otherwise go unused.

All appearances by Guests of Honour (GoH) and other advertised attendees are subject to change without notice, although we will do our best to make this information known beforehand, when we can. As our events will take place whether a specific GoH cancels or not, we therefore cannot issue admission refunds if a particular GoH or professional ends up not attending the convention, for whatever reasons.

To prevent identity theft, please have some form of acceptable ID available when you pick up your registration pack at the convention. Thank you in advance for your co-operation. Anybody not wearing a convention badge with their own name on it will be refused admission.

The convention also reserves the right to refuse or refund memberships for whatever reason it deems necessary.
